You agree that, Ray Heffer shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense of any kind arising out of or resulting from your use of my services, regardless of whether such liability is based in tort, contract, or otherwise.
In no event, shall Ray Heffer be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or interruption of business), with respect to services from Ray Heffer (Web Technologies).

My Services or sales to you (user of www.rayheffer.com or Web Technologies) |

I am under no obligation to provide technical assistance, advice, software or undertake any other work requested, however if I choose to do so, I will charge for my time. |
3.2 |

If I do choose to offer my services to you, this will be carried out on a part time basis and in my own 'free' time. If I feel that services being undertaken or offered will interfere with my full time employment then I have the right to refuse. In other words, the services I offer are purely on a 'free time' basis and shall not interfere with my full time employment. My loyalty will always be with my full time employer. |

Any charges to the customer will be required on completion of the agreed work as initially agreed and documented by Ray Heffer. |
3.4 |

I charge at an hourly rate, with a minimum of 1 hour. This includes technical assistance, advice, repairs, upgrades, or discussion which provides you with a solution that will resolve the given issue. |
3.5 |

I will not, under any circumstances offer a refund for my services, products or ebooks. |
3.6 |
|
Where third party products, software, hardware, services or otherwise are used, these will be the entire responsibility of the customer. |

Other |
4.1 |

I will always endeavor to work in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and no personal details will stored or passed on to a third party without your prior consent. |
4.2 |

If I am required by law to provide details of customers to the police or other government authority, then I will do so at my earliest possibility. |
4.3 |
|
It is not my responsibility to ensure that software, services, or usage of a customer computer; network; server; or other electronic system is legal. This is entirely the responsibility of the customer. If I feel that the customer is breaking a law in any way, storing illegal material, or participating in any illegal activities then I may be under obligation to inform the police or other law enforcement authorities. |
