This part of the install was probably the hardest part, as the mid-summer weather was hot enough already without having to shift 18mm 8 x 4 sheets of MDF around! I also broke two work benches (don't ask!), but the end result is worth the sweat!

Using 18mm MDF to build the sub & computer enclosure
Testing if it fits!
The first side panel housing the Maystar amp.
Once all the fitting has been done, it's out with the fabrication.
All fabricated, but as you'll see I've yet to finish the computer cover panel. (Waiting for fans!)
The shiny chrome Maystar looks great!
This 12" Maystar sub really packs a punch with a 350w RMS amp!
Starting to look really good now
Finally, I finish the install with a nice panel over the computer.
The blue LED fans look great at night time!

The Maystar amp, Shuttle xPC and cooling system
Yes, I can still get to my spare wheel!
